As the brand’s first communications agency, the main objective of the collaboration between SYDERAL Poland and Planet Partners was to build the brand’s expert image among key stakeholders. The most important target groups for communication were current and potential business partners, stakeholders at the administrative level, as well as potential employees.

In view of the client’s lack of regular communication to the media prior to the establishment of cooperation, we began our activities by conducting a survey of the business and industry journalists most important from the perspective of further steps. Questions about the company’s knowledge, key technological issues and the media’s demand for a closer look at them became the starting point for further action planning.
On the basis of a survey conducted among key media representatives, as well as an analysis of competitors’ communication activities and familiarization with SYDERAL Poland’s business strategy, we planned a series of activities to build the brand’s expert position.
Prepare an internal knowledge base in the form of descriptions of specific technologies and projects implemented by the client based on technical training with the business development manager.
Development of an expert bio of the expert appointed by the brand to contact the media and its distribution to the media with a list of proposed topics for collaboration
Arranging and developing high quality expert commentary, tailored to the profile and target audience of the various editors
Ongoing media relations activities, including by developing press releases for trade media in connection with the company's new projects.
Coordinate commercial partnerships with the media by recommending favorable deals for the client and implementing them
Organization of a meeting with the media, focused on the topic of quantum technologies in the space industry and the benefits of their development, including in the context of cyber security and data protection.
Development of text and graphic content for the brand's social media channels (Facebook and LinkedIn). Taking care of regularity and visual consistency of publications and ongoing moderation of channels
Text and graphic development of the company's internal newsletters as a new tool for communication to employees
Increasing SYDERAL Poland's presence in leading business and news media, reaching the company's key stakeholders, such as Puls Biznesu, Rzeczpospolita, Bankier.pl, Interia.biznes.pl, Polskie Radio, Forsal.pl and Space24.
Visible increase in media interest in cooperation with SYDERAL Poland experts and greater understanding of the topic of quantum technologies in the space industry
Engaging company employees in communications, leveraging knowledge and expertise within the organization by, among other things, engaging experts to co-create content and recommending their participation in relevant industry events
