Processing of personal data

Pursuant to Article 7(2) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of April 27, 2016, the so-called RODO*, I expressly and voluntarily consent to the processing and collection of my personal data provided in the contact form by the Administrator – Planet Partners spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością located in Kraków, ul. Grodzka 42/1, 31-044 Kraków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under number 0000521348, NIP: 6762478944 for the purposes of the Administrator’s contact with me and for the purposes of sending me commercial offers by the Administrator.

At the same time, I declare that my consent meets all the conditions referred to in Article 7 of RODO, i.e. I have the possibility to withdraw it at any time, the request for consent was presented to me in a clear and understandable form, and I was informed about the condition of accountability. I have also been informed that the data is collected by Planet Partners spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością seated in Krakow, ul. Cookies

  1. The Website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Service’s websites.
